Candles leave our Midrand studio within 1-2 business days, and homeware and vessel candles within 2-3 business days. Delivery then takes 1-2 business days in Gauteng and 3-5 elsewhere in South Africa. Shipping is free on orders over R 550, or collect free of charge in Midrand.

Pay securely by card or instant EFT through PayFast at checkout, your details never touch our servers. You can also place your order on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange payment with you directly.

Unused pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Candles must be unlit, and every piece must be in its original packaging. You pay the courier to send a return back, unless it arrived damaged or faulty, then we cover it. Custom and personalised pieces, such as custom colours and personalised labels, are non-refundable unless faulty. See Shipping & Returns for full details, including your 7-day cooling-off right.

Burn times vary by form. Our standard pillars run 30-40 hours. Larger sculptural pieces burn 50-70 hours. Tapers are designed for a single ceremonial use - 6-8 hours.

For weddings, events, and gifting we accept limited custom orders with at least six weeks’ lead time. Reach out via the contact form with the brief.

Our pillar and sculptural candles, poured in moulds, are a natural blend of soy wax, beeswax, and a touch of coconut wax, with a cotton wick. Candles poured into jars or into our homeware pieces are pure soy wax, with a cotton or wooden wick. All use phthalate-free fragrance oils, and we never use paraffin.

Our homeware is hand-cast in eco resin, a water-based material that is stronger than plaster and picks up fine detail from the mould. Sculptural trinket dishes, vessels, trays and holders, finished in soft tones and made in small batches in our Midrand studio.

Wipe eco resin pieces with a soft, dry cloth. Once sealed they are splash-resistant, but they are decorative, not food-safe, so avoid soaking them, standing water and the dishwasher.

Our natural blend of soy, beeswax and coconut wax burns cleaner and slower than paraffin, with no paraffin soot. Our moulded candles have a cotton wick. Candles in jars or in our homeware pieces are pure soy, with a cotton or wooden wick. All use a clean fragrance that is free of phthalates and parabens.
