Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Midrand studio. Delivery is 1-2 days for Gauteng and 3-5 business days nationwide. Shipping is free on orders over R 450, or collect free of charge in Midrand.

Pay securely by card or instant EFT through PayFast at checkout, your details never touch our servers. You can also place your order on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange payment with you directly.

Unused candles (unlit) and cast-plaster homeware can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. See Shipping & Returns for full details.

Burn times vary by form. Our standard pillars run 30-40 hours. Larger sculptural pieces burn 50-70 hours. Tapers are designed for a single ceremonial use - 6-8 hours.

For weddings, events, and gifting we accept limited custom orders with at least six weeks’ lead time. Reach out via the contact form with the brief.

Each candle is hand-poured from a natural blend of soy wax, beeswax, and a touch of coconut wax, with cotton wicks and phthalate-free fragrance oils. We never use paraffin.
