Terms of Service

By placing an order with Éluvane Atelier you accept the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices, products, and lead times are shown in South African Rand and may change without notice. The contract of sale is formed when we send the order confirmation email.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept cards and instant EFT through PayFast, our secure payment processor. Some orders may instead be arranged with us directly over WhatsApp, in which case we confirm the items and payment with you before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may also be collected free of charge from our studio in Midrand, Johannesburg. Éluvane Atelier is not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, or on collection.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. Lead times for custom pieces are confirmed in writing before payment.

Liability

Éluvane Atelier's total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Intellectual property

All product photography, branding, and copy on this site is the property of Éluvane Atelier and may not be reproduced without permission.
