Shipping

Orders ship from our studio in Midrand, Johannesburg within 1-2 business days. Gauteng deliveries arrive in 1-2 business days; the rest of South Africa in 3-5 business days by courier. Delivery is free on orders over R450. Below that, it is R60 to a Courier Guy locker or R90 to your door.

International shipping is not yet available.

Collection in Midrand

You are welcome to collect your order from us in Midrand at no charge. Choose "Collect in Midrand" at checkout, and we will message you as soon as your order is ready.

Returns

We accept returns of unused pieces within 14 days of delivery. Candles must be unlit, and every item must be in its original packaging with no signs of wear. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, and sale items are non-refundable.

Because our candles and cast-plaster homeware are handmade in small batches, slight variations in tone, texture, and finish are natural and are not considered defects.

Damaged or defective pieces are replaced at our cost. Email us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange the replacement.
