Gifts for guest speakers and VIPs

A guest speaker gives their time to your event. A small, well-made gift says thank you better than another pen or notebook. Here are a few ideas, all made by hand in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Ideas that work

• A vessel candle. The Faceted Vessel or the Ribbed Vessel is pure soy wax poured into a vessel we hand-cast in eco resin. The vessel stays on their desk or shelf after the candle is done.
• A sculptural candle. A moulded candle, like the Swirl Sphere or the Fluted Pillar. Our moulded candles are a natural blend of soy wax, beeswax and a touch of coconut wax, with a cotton wick.
• A candle and a dish. A candle with an eco resin trinket dish, for their rings or keys. The dishes are for jewellery and decor, not for food.
• A gift set. One of our gift sets, wrapped and ready to hand over on the day.

Each product page shows the live price. We never use paraffin.

Add their name

Put the speaker's name, or a short thank you, on a small printed label. It costs R10 per candle and holds up to 25 characters, spaces included, like "Thank you, Dr Mokoena". Company logos can be printed on labels too, priced on your quote.

If your speaker is flying home, a smaller piece is easier to pack.

A gift for every delegate

Want a small gift for every delegate as well? For 20 or more pieces, ask us for a quote. A bulk order in our standard colours takes about 1 to 3 weeks to make, and custom colours at least 6 weeks. We can pack each gift in a clear gift box with twine and a label, and we price the packaging on your quote.

Getting the gifts to the event

• We can deliver to your office or to the venue, or you can collect in Midrand.
• We send a quote first, and we can send an invoice.
• We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
• A 50% deposit starts the order, and the balance is paid before we send it.

See our corporate gifts page for more ideas, or send us a bulk enquiry with the date and the number of guests.
